Tacloban City [August 28, 2008] — The “Lakad Para sa Kapayapaan” (Walk for Peace) or “Kalakat Para Ha Kamurayawan” which will be participated in by students in the secondary and tertiary levels and government employees on September 1, will be the kick-off activity for the month-long celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Philippine Civil Service and the National Crime Prevention Week.
